Nigeria’s Mixed Martial Artist, Kamaru Usman has retained his title after his recent winning.
Kamaru Usman took out his rival, Jorge Masvidal in the second round in the headliner of UFC 261 in Jacksonville, Florida on Sunday, April 25.
He landed an ideal right hand that guaranteed that Masvidal was out of the game with the knockout coming at one minute, two seconds.
The battle was the first UFC card before a 15,000 capacity crowd since the outbreak of COVID-19.
His triumph implies that Usman has recorded the second-longest series of wins in UFC history after being tied with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Jon Jones with 13 straight triumphs.
