Nigerian music producer, disk jockey, and pink color ambassador to, Ifeoluwa Florence Otedola famously known as DJ Cuppy has opened up on her first heartbreak which happened at age 18.
DJ supply who talked about her first heartbreak in an interview with Ken & Emily, organizers of the UK talk Show, she also revealed the impact of the protest that rocked Nigeria in October 2020, #Endsars, and also about her music career.
DJ Cuppy was asked by the host of the talk show if she ever experienced heartbreak and at what phase did it happened. She disclosed that her first heartbreak happened when she was at age 18 and the lesson learnt from it made her stronger.
In her words; “My first heartbreak was when I was 18 years old, my first year of university and I have not been heartbroken since then. It showed me a pretty brutal lesson and what can I say, I break the heart of people these days, That lesson was never ever to depend on someone else to make me happy. You are responsible for your own happiness and happiness cannot be determined on your environment, on your popularity, or on your success, it can only come from within” she added.
